+1, Exactly, but we do owe an apology to Mo-ran's beautiful family!scoutyjones2 wrote: ↑20 May 2025 13:52 pmNeither. We're fansgpeeps22 wrote: ↑20 May 2025 09:55 am Mo has put together a roster that's capable of winning and some of the previously criticized trades (i.e. Libby) have panned out. On the other hand, Oli has inspired this team by instituting a belief they can win every game and an underdog mentality.

It's May. Let's wait until October to celebrate. Having said that perhaps we owe it to the TV deal collapsing which prevented Mozeliak from trading away the best prospects in the system for nothing.

Fans support the owner and front office no matter what the results are?

Don't owe an apology to anyone. Oli is a few years away from getting any kind of apology. He had his own mishandling of the team 2 years ago. Mo also doesn't get an apology because he constructed a team last year that led to one of the worst in history for the Cardinals and the goal was playoffs.
This is a combined issue and no one is out of the woods. The Dewitts are a big part to blame because of how tone deaf they were. This wouldn't have been a big deal and a youth movement would have been welcome, but threatening the fans during it is a little insane. I am a lurker in the Cards forum and don't post much. But this one felt obligated to post.

The Marmot still makes stupid moves so this team is winning in spite of him.

I'm a fan of the team. Not the names on the back of the jersey or the management team or coaches, managers, bat boys, etc...desertrat23 wrote: ↑20 May 2025 15:46 pmFans support the owner and front office no matter what the results are?
Can you be critical. Of course...fan is short for fanatical

Nor is he a playoff-quality mgrJatalk wrote: ↑20 May 2025 10:08 am When you review the organization top to bottom Mo has been a disaster. Let the farm system deteriorate. Multiple bad trades and transactions. Hired weak managers fired good ones. Leaving the organization worse off than he found it. Of course ownership shares the blame.
I won’t judge Oli until later in the year. But he is not a managing wizard.

If the playoffs started today they would be on the outside looking in. Besides the season is less than 1/3 finished, they haven't proven anything yet except that they are competitive through May.
Get back to us later in the season as if they built/played this season well.
