Not with the DH. As soon as they lift him they lose the DH spot.

I think the consensus is that it's his second game back from the knee injury and there's a bunch of lefties coming up, so may as well give Herrera a day of rest on a knee that might still be tender while getting Burleson and Gorman some ABs. If that's the case, I'm okay with it. But if that knee proves healthy, I don't want to see Herrera sitting until he gives them a reason to.
