I pray it's before the draft....I want that mid 30's Competitive Balance pick from a team like the Red Sox, Yankees, Mariners, Mets or Dodgers....

Baltimore has the 30th and 31st comp picks. They need pitching badly. Arizona has the 29th pick they can trade and need a closer.
Fedde for the 31st pick from Baltimore and Helsley to Arizona for rh power bat Waldshmidt

They should aim for bigger targets. The Cardinals have a few really desirable trade targets for a contender filling holes and even a few compelling youngsters that they could consider trading. If they need to, they should put together packages that bring back one higher quality player who is near major league ready in return. Don't accept numerous generic prospects with questionable ceilings. They should trade away twice as many players as they get back in return, but the return should have clear upside.

the Picks are part of it, but I WANT the picks included in a trade for Helsley, Fedde, Nado, etc

if we trade Helsley and Fedde to the Orioles, I would want Mayo and Comp Round B pick from the O's...if that's not enough, then give me a 16 or 1yo DSL pitcher that shows some promise
