And theres literally video of him and the other players doing this. I get it was years ago but for a nobody who is justa roster filler l, theres plenty of minor league vets to sign without the baggage.

Pozo is a Bozo. The guy can flat out hit but I don't want to see someone who was possibly involved in a sexual assault on a 16 year old teammate on the Cardinals. This is why someone who In 92 games for the Triple-A Las Vegas Aviators in 2023, hit .306/.338/.523 with 18 home runs and 81 RBI was not playing in the majors. Last year he hit 21 home runs in only 299 at bats. Pozo the Bozo knows how to use a bat. I have to wonder if he used a bat on his teammate.

Not that its right, but i somewhat understand guys taking pr risks with people like ozuna who are potential stars. But there is no reason for this guy. His role wasnto fill a minor league roster and if ivan or pages got injured, to just sit on bemch while other started almost all the games.

Its not like theres any shortage of cheap career minor league vets to sign thaz they have to choose a giy with this baggage. Almost feels like they didnt vet or do the research.

Pozo escaped some notoriety probably cuz this happened before the me too movement. The victims probably didnt want to go to court and felt it could hurt thejr pitential careers along with dr having different climate to this thing, so they let ut go without pressing charges. They may have also been paid off since another one of the main 4 suspects was rougned odors little brother.

It was years ago and nothing more has come to light, but i wouldnt write off and downplay sexual assualt of a minor as just "foolish".
