Could he be the Blues Joe Hardy?

Cam Fowler is up to .72 ppg on 34 points in 47 games. That is fourth on the team behind Thomas, Kyrou and Holloway. Pretty amazing.

He isn’t Jaybo as far as the tools in his toolkit, but his impact might become even greater, if it has not already.

They both had epic longings for a playoff experience. When Bouwmeester arrived here at 29 he was ten full years in the league. His teams never made the playoffs. Fowler has waited eight years to get back into a playoff series.

Has Army found any young Cam Fowlers in the draft?
Binnington, Bolduc, Hofer, Kessel, Kyrou, Neighbours, Parayko, Snuggerud, The Thomas, Tucker and Toropchenko were all drafted lower by the Blues in their respective years than Fowler.

So, aside from those players, you are 100 percent correct
I'll wait for your answer.

How many of those BLUES players will play 1000 games in the NHL with high impact?
How many of those BLUES players will be traded away in their 15th year, and bring a noticeable upgrade to the new team?

Army has not drafted anyone on that trajectory that I can see.

And because Army likes to draft in the lower half of Round 1, he never will.
Seven? I think the answer is “seven”.

He is so smooth and cool, with speed for a defenseman.

Another "muffin" move by GM of the Year, Doug Armstrong. :D
Army doesn't know talent.
A fifth grade girl that doesn't follow hockey would know to pick the guy that has played 1000 games on her side.

Has Army found any young Cam Fowlers in the draft? When that happens, THEN you can get out the Army pom poms.
Hmmm, I seem to recall you saying why did Army blow a 2nd for a 30+ d-man? Now it’s anyone could see to grab him?
It must be tiring having to move the goalposts all the time

They get heavy when it's the same guy all the time-those darn goalposts.

I’ve been blown away by Fowler

His skating is still there at age 33 but puck movement in his breakouts and and his poise with the puck at the blue line has been outstanding

Best dman by a mile since Parayko went out IMO

I know we don’t really have a designated “PP1” but I cringe when I see Faulk take those minutes from him now. He just seems to have such a better feel running the power play
