I remember that! Schenn hated St. Louis and couldn’t wait to leave. Locker room problems, etc, etc, etc.

It wasn't long after that screed that we got the announcement of Schenn re-signing if I remember correctly.

Exactly. Buch is apparently coming back so if Snuggy isn’t going to play in Colorado why interrupt the trip? Just get him settled in STL and have him join the team on Sunday (or Monday if Sunday is one of their mandatory off days).

Just thinking about it logistically, Snuggy likely returns to Minneapolis on the team bus. Give him a day or two to say his goodbyes and get his affairs in order. It’s a big transition for him so working out all of the logistics is important too.

So they're black-acing him already ? Non optimal, but maybe a sugar sweetener to get him signed. They can always send him back down, after wining & dining him. He belongs in the AHL at the moment.
