Interesting, wonder what the plan is for how they'll use him as they already seem to be struggling to find a regular spot for Davorski in the lineup.(not that I blame them, as well as they're playing it's hard to really make any changes to the team right now)

The Blues are nearing an entry-level deal with top right-winger prospect Jimmy Snuggerud, per a report from team rinkside reporter Andy Strickland this morning. Snuggerud’s three-year pact will go into effect immediately and allow him to join the NHL roster for the remainder of the season and playoffs if St. Louis secures a berth

Good news. Practice with the team and get into a game or two.

I’m sure his announcement that he wants to avenge this loss by returning for his Senior season is forthcoming. We have it on expert authority that he’ll never be a Blue and is waiting to sign with Minnesota.

We make a lot of assumptions around here. Did Armstrong or Steen say this to you?
If not--its all fake news.

Well, he wasn't a top 5 draft pick, so almost zero chance he amounts to anything. Is that how you do stupid?

Tight getting him to Colorado by tomorrow? If they pay for my gas and a ticket to the game. I’ll drive him there.

Exactly. Buch is apparently coming back so if Snuggy isn’t going to play in Colorado why interrupt the trip? Just get him settled in STL and have him join the team on Sunday (or Monday if Sunday is one of their mandatory off days).

Just thinking about it logistically, Snuggy likely returns to Minneapolis on the team bus. Give him a day or two to say his goodbyes and get his affairs in order. It’s a big transition for him so working out all of the logistics is important too.

Haha well I can relate to that. I was just curious if you were thinking it is really important to get him into this game specifically or something.

I'm looking forward to seeing him in action this season, but tomorrow in Colorado seems like an especially cruel way to throw him to the wolves.
