We do this every year. I don’t know if anyone ever gets close to their predictions.

So let’s do it again, but let’s play X treme predicting- two opportunities to give predictions.

First record prediction is now, three games into ST. Next vote will be last day of ST. You can then update your first choice.

On that day, I will pull up the thread, and we revisit it. Then wait 162 games to see who’s closest:

Me- cool team, not great, signs of growth , .500 at 81-81.

Next.
80-82. At best. Pitching will be average or worse.
Offense average. Defense questionable.
To the board. We stood at 1454 losses from 18 entries. For a 80.7777777 loss record.

This entry, 19, will push it to almost perfect 81-81. Board average prediction.
For comparison, the current Vegas O/U is 76.5.
The first part of the poll had an average of 78-84. It changed to 80.84 now.

Do you think this indicates there's a home team/market bias worth about +4.5?

I think Vegas is probably closer than here.

I’d like to change my prediction to 132 wins. Miles will probably get 30 starts.

Let’s hope they continue crushing the ball like they have and make Vegas look bad.

If he does he will be first Cardinals starter to have started 30 4 consecutive years since Bob Forsch.

I'm not changing my prediction based on one series but I am willing to say they look a lot better than I expected them to and I am impressed. I hope they win 100 games.

I believe we'll sweep the Twins.

Don't yell at me, I know I'm in the minority here.

Change it. I’ll just average it in.

It's spring. Beautiful weather. Optimism abounds. Plenty of time to get disgusted and cynical, though.
Just bumping the thread every once in awhile.

I predicted 88 wins on Feb 27. My magic number is now 84.

I hope you are low. But I'll stick with my original 78 win prediction until at least 25% of the season has played out.
