I think he's just too old school and believes those methods are still workable in today's game and they just aren't.

He needs a Hitchcock like off season or such where he goes and coaches some young kids and understands what changes he needs to make if he's going to be successful again.

I just think it'll be a little while before he gets a call from a team again.

He's 66 years old. I know sometimes you can "teach an old dog new tricks", but not sure in Torts' case. And does he even want to learn/change? If I was a betting man I'd say no.

Yeah, that's probably his biggest issue is he is just really abrasive.

He has shown he can be a good guy with a lot of the stuff he does off the camera, but I would imagine his personality on camera is exactly the way he is in the locker room.
