Re: Blues Sign Jecho and Fischer
I hope Stancl gets a good look in Springfield's last ten games. He fell off towards the end of the season but that was mostly due to trades and injuries leaving his team shorthanded. Fischer probably doesn't get any serious time unless it's absolutely necessary.

Jiricek is already under contract as well. Any of these Jr guys could be added to Springfield once their playoffs are over. Pekarcik is on a powerhouse so he’s the most likely to go far in the CHL playoffs.noted wrote: ↑26 Mar 2025 16:27 pmLindstein and Burns have already signed. We know Jimmy Snuggerud will be signed in the next two weeks
Colin Ralph
Ondrej Kos
Theo Lindstein
Adam Jiricek
Thomas Mrsic
Quinton Burns
Matthew Mayich
Ralph won’t be turning pro anytime soon IMO. At least another year, probably 2 in college. Ineligible to sign a contract until he leaves college.
Kos will likely spend another year in Europe. Likely eventually gets a contract.
Lindstein in currently in the middle of the SHL playoffs. Maybe he’s comes over to Springfield next season. I’ve heard mixed reports. He’s AHL ready IMO.
Mrsic has been fantastic for where he was selected. On his way to eventually getting a contract.
Mayich is the interesting one. As a late ‘04 he was actually AHL eligible this season but the Blues chose to return him to Jrs. And his season is also done (67s didn’t make the playoffs) so he’s in the same situation as Stancl and Fischer. Yet those two are signed and now assigned to Springfield and he’s not. That’s telling to me. To me, he’s worthy of a contract but this would seem to indicate one perhaps isn’t coming for him. The Blues have until 6/1/25 to sign him or they’d lose his rights and he’d re-enter the draft. To me, he’s worthy of a contract but with so many LDs in the pipeline, maybe they just don’t see any room for him, idk.

I work too much to day drink. I also spent too much time trying to find this conversation because I have no problems answering for my posts. If you find it, please post it. I believe it was a conversation about ditching NHL quality players at the deadline for draft picks, and why I was completely against it, not about players currently drafted. These dudes are the future and we had a hard couple seasons to get them. I agree with management that those days are over.seattleblue wrote: ↑26 Mar 2025 10:55 amI watched a couple dozen of Fischer's games this year and you blasted me as a human being for reporting to Blues fans about Fischer, you complete and total hypocrite.
Yours was the day drunk "Brampton (censored)" post.
If you can find it, please post it, because if I remember it correctly, I didn't want to get rid of Schenn to drop in the standings and try to get "Billy Bob Baggins from the Brampton (censored)" who might be someone someday. I'd rather keep Schenn and see what happens.
12-2-2 since the tourney. Are you not entertained?

Now you won't simply own it, I have to "prove" that you posted these words.
You must not work enough not to have day drunk rants that you forget.
This was complete garbage by you, riddled with stupid thinking that you fantasize is mine, and insults based on your hypothesis about that thinking,. You in your mind were like "I'm the hero, heroically working on behalf of the forum." But instead what you did was just attack an actual fan who watches the prospects.
Will you look in the mirror? No, you will not, you will proceed confidently as if you are still right, still hold the upper ground. You are corrupt to the core.

Man do I ever get that feeling, dealing with the guys who constantly rave that we NEED to ditch players and lose to get a shot at drafting a guy like Bucky Badass from the Brampton (censored) because his draft profile reads that he should go just outside the Top 5. Now we're in the 14th slot (is that by points? Does that calculate games in hand?). If we ditched Schenn and had a roster with one NHL caliber center on it, and traded everyone else, we could suck just enough to bag him. Bucky profiles to be a Top 6 talent, maybe, he needs to develop his skating. Yeah I know, the bottom feeders suck, and sold off anyone who was worth a [shirt] too and they suck more now, but teams below us have to win sometimes don't they? Bottom line, losing is for WINNERS!!!!!!
They conveniently forget that the Blues, it's coaching staff, players, management staff, and ownership have MANY times stated a fire sale isn't happening. They just can't deal with reality. It's sarcastically exhausting.
You have been here before, friend. You have the rare trifecta of enough knowledge to be dangerous, a basic grasp of the English language, and an oversized amount of pompous douchebaggery. You remind me of the guy who spent the majority of his time belittling everyone trying to prove his point that to win a Cup, you have to draft "Superhumans". He got humiliated and either disappeared or got banned.

So I didn’t bash “You as a human for reporting to Blues fans about Fischer”. The fact you’re still salty does suggest I was wrong about you being the “Superhumans” guy. But that post you quoted wasn’t our first interaction. I’m just going to wish you a good life and put you back on ignore.seattleblue wrote: ↑27 Mar 2025 11:28 amWe had never interacted before, but you spoke this way out of nowhere to me. Neither have I ever once "raved that we need to ditch players." Or said any of the [shirt] you decided I had said which in turn then entitled you to behave like an absolute (buzz). Yes you were wrong. Yes I am salty about it. I have to wade through endless [shirt] like your common, unenlightened idiocy. You don't even care what you did. I'm wrong but I'm going "back" to ignoring you, lol. In a situation where you came out of nowhere.TAFKAP wrote: ↑27 Mar 2025 14:39 pmSo I didn’t bash “You as a human for reporting to Blues fans about Fischer”. I don't believe anything you say, You're an unreliable narrator. You will forget and then later entitle yourself, the same way you forgot behaving this way. This behavior is simply of you. You police tones on sports forums because you are a clown and a fool. You cannot not be this person. You know (bleep) well if someone spoke to you or someone in your family this way you'd be (upset). But you don't give a [shirt] because I'm not you.
