But that Luis Castillo has the most crazy stat I can remember: That year he stole 62 bases, he entered the AS Break with a .369 average….and 4 RBI. In 312 PA. FOUR. He had 13 in the 2nd half with a .301 average in 314 PA. Baseball is a beautiful game.

Yeah, it locks out JDW's maneuver to take on Castillos salary and get Hancock with him. Then Cardinals pivot and make Leahy/ Pallante available.
