I don’t think it matters whose fault it is. What matters is how we get back to long term winning ways. Bloom is renovating this place from top to bottom. Time will tell if it works. He appears to have a plan for sustainable success. A new CBA may help mid market teams compete, which we would all welcome.

We've had some very bad drafts earlier this decade. the M.O. was to take unrisky picks that they didn't have to overpay and yet even with JJW we didn't go over slot so could have been more agressive in the later rounds than we were.
