What’s so great, is it’s not just a couple guys getting it done. A lot of big hits in this game from multiple players!

The Weatherman almost delivered the walk-off on the first pitch, but Scott had to make sure the liner would get through and not double him off. I’d be lying if Herrera’s huge hacks didn’t leave me mildly nervous that he was going to strike out and not Sac Fly it.

Very happy for him. He savored all that cooler. Fun to see guys get that excited for a win in Mid-May. Baseball is special.

You are right... Add Saggese in there too . If he had not gotten off 3rd base too far (plus stumbling scrambling back to be tagged out ), the Cardinals would have won it in 9th .. instead credit him for a walk-off win in 10th ! :roll: :lol:
