Draft lottery question

Post by Aesa »

Yesterday I heard them say that if the #1 winner's number came up twice they would nullify that second draw and draw a third set of numbers

If the Blues would have won both, one with their own pick and one with Detroit's pick, would they have been able to keep both even though they went to the same team? That 3rd draw statement confused me a bit.

Thanks for any insight.

Yes they would’ve kept both because they won on two different picks. Think of it as winning on a set of red tickets and then winning again on yellow tickets
