Back then, I think there was just 2 guys and 24 girls in the class. All the gals going into secretarial office jobs had that as a must.
It was a Royal typewriter ..manual in those days .. where you flipped the little arm to go to the next row.. Think I got up to 35+ words per minute with 3 or less errors. It save me a lot of money in college as I could type my own term papers. The professors would not accept handwritten and my buddies had to pay about 50 cents per page .. a 10 page paper cost them $5.00 In the late 60's , $5.00 bought you several burgers and beers with change left over ! Guys were envious that I could type. Best elective I ever took in HS.

Like the Rock lineup ! The first 6 spots alternate L-R-L-R-L-R and could see Oli going for that . I do think that Velazquez may do well early enough to move him up to No. 5 ahead of Gorman in a couple weeks, though Oli may prefer to keep the lefty/righty thing going.

'The RF spot , if not Walker , would make sense at No. 8 or possibly 7 (flipping Pages spots ) Scott II makes sense for 9th as thru the game, he would bat ahead of Wetherholt . If he gets on and steals 2nd, then JJ has a shot to drive him in.

Hey I took typing in H.S. too, Senior year.......then it was about 50-50 guys-girls.

That's about where I was, 30-30 wpm which did indeed help when I hit Mizzou.

But now I'm a "hunt and pecker".
