CT and Stock Twits has a similar feel
Most are clueless but very certain and animated.

Used to trade but don't anymore. All with the FA aside from the RSUs I get as incentive comp.

I've been a crypto guy primarily. Mostly btc and was able to exit between 95-115k as I saw the writing on the wall. Will buy back in once I see sub-50k.

I've been in some gold mining stocks. Just a bit. But those don't look as hot as they were a few months ago. Looks like we're headed for an all around crash but I wonder if things run hot for the summer like it did in '08.

What are you looking at

No bitty for me. Tech, space, industrials. Etf's and individual companies.
Recently bought Planet Labs. We'll see how that goes.

Former broker.

Very simple, just follow the price of Oil right now.

Oil - UP - markets down

Oil - Down - markets (usually) up

Big inflation worries now w/the war in Iran.

Not only Oil but now we've had natural gas hit hard in Qatar who supplies a massive amount of natty gas to the world (NOT USA though, we have more than we need w/a 100 year supply). Europe and the rest of the world (sans Russia) is getting killed on natty gas.

Food is going up too due to little to no fertilizer getting thru either, also aluminum.

Until the Straight of Hormuz is opened, we're in for some big volatility.

Bonds or money markets may be the best place for passive investors right now.

Watch the Vix, as it nears 30 that could be a good time to start (slowly cutting in small positions in stocks or ETF's you like).

But don't go all in and please diversify!

Gold & Silver seem to have had a little "meme" action that took them to historic heights.

Given the War in Iran and inflation worries one would think they'd be skyrocketing right now as they're traditionally a strong hedge against inflations.

But that's not happened.

Just today Gold is down $300+, Silver down 10.5%!

Both are way, way off their "meme-like" highs.

I work at a large trading firm (currently) in chesterfield. We almost put a halt on trading due to the volatility of the market a couple of days ago.
I trade off the CBOT-commodities.
Tariffs have been hell on our contracts

All I can say is, when the markets dip, buy more
