George Mason 86 SLU 57

Post by Rosthol »

So the team went out and wasted all of their hard work.

Back to having to win the A-10 tournament to get into the tournament.

So nothing has changed from previous years.

Waiting to be accused of celebrating a loss TOO early.

WOW!

Crazy how things change over the season. Bills go on the road and beat VCU back in January and now have lost their last 3 road games - the latest a 30 point beatdown by the 5th place team in the conference.

A-10 tournament is going to be played in Pittsburgh. A neutral site arena but Duquesne will be considered the home team. I don't have high hopes that SLU can win 3 away games in a row, especially with the way they're currently playing. I'd place my money on VCU winning the tournament and the only NCAA bid given to the A-10.

I agree the only A-10 team in the NCAA tournament will be the automatic qualifier. At this point, it doesn’t seem to be SLU.

My guys seem to have stopped playing defense, so they’ve earned the skid they’re in.

As SLU is my father’s Alma Mater, I wish Billikin-Nation all the success in the world.

Good luck to Purdue the rest of the way too.

Went to West Lafayette to see them play Notre Dame once a long time ago.
