lol the cardinals have seen what they have in Gorman the past two seasons a guy who is slow to adjust who sucks for long periods of time making him unplayable is a one tool player who cant even hit well enough to use that one tool and who will be on the IL at least once with back problems

Haven’t we heard this before? I’m assuming he will be in the lineup more at third.

I heard Bloom talking yesterday about Tai Peete. He said that the Cardinals feel that there are things that can be done to help cut his strikeouts. I hope the new people working in the Cardinals organization can do the same for Gorman. If he can cut his strikeouts, he could potentially hit 30 home runs and drive in 100 rbi's.

...and what are they prepared to do if they don't like what they see?

Saggese has to be next, if he doesn't beat him out from the start.

More than 400 plate appearances last 3 years. So cold a polar bear wouldn’t [shirt] on him.

That is sort of the issue I have. Will others get a chance? How long is Gorman’s leash before someone else gets a serious look. I hope Gorman is the guy but I’m not wanting to ride this out too long.

I think at this juncture, if he is in St Louis he is the 3B. If they think he is not the everyday 3B, will they dump him (trade), use his last remaining option, or let him sit and rot?

I mean if Bloom Farm has the secret sauce to make whiff kings NOT strike out and hit HR’s……we’re in the WS this year. Why are we now just hearing about this???

Bloom and his boys might need to watch Walker, Gorman and Pallante, but we already did. Tough to watch!
Why couldn't he have had someone evaluating the big show while he was watching the t-ball Cards in the minors the past two seasons.

Is the rebuild elongated on purpose? Grief!

Or we will be setting here in 2017 listening to them tell us this is an important year for Gorman (again). But is suspect your are correct.
