Columbus comes in red hot, winners of seven of eight and tying a season high four in a row, all under new coach Rick Bowness, who replaced the fired Dean Evason on Jan. 13.

Sounds like he skated in the optional but is a game time decision.

#stlblues make official: Pius Suter activated off IR, assign Matt Luff to Springfield in a corresponding move.

I am pretty sure this team can work its way from the second overall pick to the sixth with a win today while the other five teams keep losing steadily. I am sure Kyrou can help them do that. And Buch!

With all the in-game FanDuel sports betting parlays, they should have a special one for tonight.

Odds of Tucker taking his usual beating from Olivier at some point during the game. +220 on the first period!

Ive had this feeling in the pit of my stomach the last week. You spoke thevlast game into existence, now this… that sounds like their style though. Nothing would make army happier.

Yep, you can pretty much write it down that we will be picking in the 5-7 range. Nucks, Flames, Rangers and Hawks are in full blown tank mode. Looking at the last 10 games each for those 4 teams, they have a combined record of 9-27-4, or 22 out of a possible 80 points!!! In their last 10, the Blues alone have 7 points. Just put us in the 5-slot and start looking at guys like Lawrence, Reid, Malhotra, Verhoeff or Carels.

And therein lies one of the major reasons why this rebuild is ultimately going to take longer than it really needs to. Meaningless wins from February on, which begs the question: Why cant they do that from October through January.

Ive got the answer to the Blues non-funny riddle..

From ownership on down, they love the Mushy Middle.

1988 for me. I guess anyone who’s been along for this franchise’s ride for any length of time has to have some punishment glutton in em to keep comin back for more.

We’re all fans, just different in our beliefs sometimes. All good.
