Yeah that’s nasty. That cranium has seen worse I’m sure.

Glad you’re ok Chief. That loss to Vegas hurt you more than that accident I’m sure

Got a 10 stitch cut playing street hockey in Sioux Passage Park in North County when I was 16. Didn’t know I was cut as it was a glancing blow. The rest of the guys said OMG, you’re bleeding! Put a towel up to my head and one of my buddies drove me to Christian Northeast by I-270 and 67. I’m 71 now and still have a faint scar. The doc stitched me up much like Berube’s. Lots of space between each stitch and not good for looks.

Years later one of my sons got hit in the forehead with a baseball bat. Those stitches were tiny, closely spaced, and far more of them so he has no scar.

Berube is gonna have a pretty big scar for the rest of his life. I would have thought with his celebrity that the doctor would have done a better job cosmetically.

But then, THE CHIEF will probably wear it as a badge of honor!

Some years ago I pulled over to assist on an accident and this young gal was sitting on the curb crying and bleeding badly with a nasty head injury.

Not sure if she hit her windshield or her steering wheel but the shape of the cut was exactly like that pic.

of course I told her everything would be good but thought...man I hope there's a skilled plastic surgeon in that ER......

Chaser and Berube probably fought. I think they played at the same time.

They did fight, more than once. But it was a … nevermind.

After a career as a Fireguy, I moved to the country where almost nobody wore seatbelts. When my friends would laugh at me for buckeling up, I told them I'm doing this so I can tell the folks responding to the accident what happened to ya'.
