Get lost. You don't run this board. This is about Romero added to the deal for Donovan.

Would Sloan and Montes be enough of a return for both Donovan and Romero? It would satisfy two huge current needs for the Cardinals. A potential future top of the rotation starting pitcher and a young outfield slugger. It works for me.

Please join and contribute to the active discussion taking place in these two directly-on-point threads—started yesterday- and this morning, respectively, and sitting on page-one of the forum ever since—that review all sorts of different packages for Donovan AND Romero.

Yep and another Donovan/Mariners OP popped up after mine. Wonder how they'll handle that travesty. LOL But your attitude merits an "Add foe".

I think the Cardinals should do an internal trade for Donovan and Romero. Put Donovan in the bullpen as the closer and try Romero as super utility and the #3 hitter. It’s time to start thinking outside the box!
