Blues in OT: Ice Capades

Post by Galatians221jb1 »

They become figure skaters. Dancing around and not attacking the OZone. They have a plan at center ice, to dipsy doodle and skate in circles but when they enter the OZone they seem helpless. What a pathetic performance in OT again.

That first shift was incredible. Thomas enters the offensive end and Broberg and Buch both skate back to their own blue line. It’s like no one has a clue to what they are doing.

Parayko did his best pylon imitation.

Good news tonight - Carbo scored. But what's new...

That was crazy. I thought they went off on a line change. Made no sense at all. Left Thomas all alone. Hard to understand

The Blues have always been outstanding in OT until this year. I am stupefied as to what is going on out there. It is a mess.

They reminded me of this magnetic electronic football game I had as a kid, where you would line up the players and turn the power on. The players would sometimes go in wildly unpredictable directions. It was such a gaffe, I was wondering "Fulfilling some mafia bettors?"

If I'm not mistaken, they collided with one another, and by the time they recovered, the camera was on Thomas going 1 on 3 in the Rangers zone.

Who knows what they did after the collision but it sure as heck wasn't hustling into the zone to support Thomas.

I hate to laugh, but I have to laugh!
Hey, at least they didn't get beat on that play. It was so bad, the camera was to zoomed in and they still were nowhere in sight.
