The WR room is taking a hit, to absolutely nobody's surprise. WRs would have to be nuts to stay in this passing offense whose specialty is the bubble screen and 1-yard passes to the TE. And no new OC named yet.

I have been a lurker on this site for many years. I have just recently started to post here more often, due to the fact that my schedule has slowed down some recently. I just wanted to say, I don't think I have ever seen a more negative or trolling poster, than you dear Sir! If your life, is anything like your posting history, then you have my sincerest pity, as it must be one miserable existence to live that way! You seem like you live to get on this site and literally just chastise people for entertainment. Most of us come here to read about and discuss all topics Mizzou. I saw this behavior when you were the "Roach", and I see it now, with your current unbanned moniker, also. I am sure moving forward, that I will now be attacked callously by you, but I wanted to share with you my thoughts, regardless. And probably, many others like me here, have these same identical thoughts as well. I will wait until after your first negative reply to this post, and then I will just block you after that. I doubt I will miss anything resembling positive reflections in the future, but if for some reason you start to feel happier in life, and your posting demonstrates that, then I am sure another poster will make me aware of such developments, and I will gladly remove the foe feature at that said time. But if I may disagree, it’s not heartburn. The discussions here are somewhat more adult-like with Roach on ignore.

You will miss out one one thing: His limited IQ causes him to say some hilariously-stupid, face-plant things from time to time. However, you’ll still see when he gets much-deserved pile ons, so no great loss.

Do block Roach at your convenience. It makes the forum better.

More than once during the season, Drinkwitz during in-game interviews said whichever team runs the ball the best will win the game. That tells you a lot about what was going on with this offense. Run first, run second, and pass if you have to. That works great against the likes of Central Arkansas and the lower-rung SEC teams.

If Drink would have fired Moore and came out and said the offensive play calling and lack of creativity is unacceptable, he would have set a tone that better days are ahead. Yeah, it's beginning to look that way. There is a quote from him a day or two ago: “Staff collaboration is probably one of the best things we do here in how we design and operate the game plan. We put it together, and then somebody’s gotta call it and call what they do. We’ll work through that the rest of this week as we’re going through who’s calling, talking to the quarterback and all that stuff." (referring to the bowl game planning)

So the game plans involving Drinkwitz, of course, may constrain the OC's play calling. I think the OC hire could give some clues about the future of the offense. And if the play calling next year stays close to the same as this year, we'll all know whose offense this is.
