...I have no sympathy for Ole Miss - They made the decision to hire Kiffin from FAU (And a good reason for Kiffin being at FAU) in spite of warnings, now they have an STD and are shocked. The lack of basic ethics and decorum around the whole Kiffin to LSU move is a new low water mark for college football, so low that Saban jumped on the Kiffin bandwagon to justify it. The CFP has an opportunity to send a message and consider Ole Miss 'tainted' and penalize them. However, very unlikely the CFP does anything as they allowed Mich to win a Naty by cheating. Without a doubt though, LSU is the most slimy program in the SEC and that is really saying something. The level of slime in Baton Rouge is really beyond the pale. Kiffin and LSU belong together.

This. I will be pulling for Ole Miss also. Lane did Ole Miss wrong by demanding that the coaching staff quit and join him immediately if they ever wanted to coach at LSU, then reached out to some players. Would be interesting to know what he said to them, but that speaks to alan’s character or lack there of. If I was Lane I would be looking over my shoulder as there are some crazy people in Mississippi and everyone over the age of 4 has a gun.
