Skinner’s “Journey” Nothing Compared To…

Post by Red7 »

Connie Madigan’s. Madigan’s career started in 1955. He FINALLY made his NHL debut in January 1973! He was 38, the oldest rookie EVER in the NHL, when he took the ice with the Blues. He played 20 games with the Blues (plus the playoffs). He had 1 pt, was a +1, and had 25 PIM. Connie Madigan, THIS Bud’s for you!

I enjoyed the press for Skinner last night, seeing his folks there and how happy they were.

6 years in the minors? I really felt great he got his debut and wish him the best. It's quite a feat to make it to the bigs.
