Re: Connor McSundqvist
He's incredibly underrated by a lot of Blues fans. There's a reason why the team plays far better when he's in the lineup. That said, I think his best role on this team right now is 4th line center, maybe 3rd line wing, but I would love to leave him with Walker and Torpo for several games and see what happens.

I love Sunny.
His body is definitely breaking down (tbh it has been for years) but he still adds so much to this team.

He is a very smart hockey player. I like your idea re 4th line. He needs a rest now and then, but that can be managed. When he sits, rotate in the next heart, energy guy in to replace. If the Coaches really want the 4th line in and it's a D-zone start, then put one of the other centers in to take the face-off and switch with the 4th-liner asap after it's out of zone.sneptsmoustache wrote: ↑11 Nov 2025 22:54 pm He's incredibly underrated by a lot of Blues fans. Re: Connor McSundqvist
There's 2 claims I'm taking credit for this year. People are going to appreciate Sunny 4th line because he is going to excel in that role because he is a talent mismatch there. And Faulk would have a comeback year because he showed last year he was playing better defensively but everyone wanted to grill him because his point output wasn't the same.
Sunny is a ton of fun on the 4th line, but the Blues as a team and management need to recognize he can't go 82. He's already working from behind, and he never completes the season. If the team wants to be good, they look at 55-60 and if they make the playoffs then they can have a fresh good player. Having him tired by that point isn't helpful.
