Blow it Up
These players look drunk. Are they trying or not?

I saw Binnington smoking after the game.
Re: Blow it Up
It's been halfazzed efforts every night so far. This team has no drive to win. No alpha dog leadership or mentality. A young new wizz kid ain't gonna cut it. They need a real dog that takes them into the fight every night.

Nice
Re: Blow it Up
Imagine Ovechkin will have someone disinfect the puck before he touches it.

More like 2005-06
Re: Blow it Up
I don't think you have the veteran core of players like ROR, Schenn(not the same player today) and Perron who had the skill and constant effort in the forecheck and defensive zone to drag others with them. Closest we have are young guys like Holloway(off to slow start) and Neighbours(injured) that will put in max effort and contribute offensively. Thomas and Kyrou are your best forwards but they're not that type of player which is kind of an issue in general for the team.

Re: Blow it Up
Yep this is pretty close to where im at. Perhaps this is what it looks like when you have Snuggerud, Dvorsky, Neighbours, Holloway, Tucker, Hofer, Mailloux, thats a lot of young or inexperienced gusy who have established themselves and know how to play every night. This team doesnt have the amount of veteran core to lead the wayLGB73 wrote: ↑06 Nov 2025 09:40 amI don't think you have the veteran core of players like ROR, Schenn(not the same player today) and Perron who had the skill and constant effort in the forecheck and defensive zone to drag others with them.
