Not that we haven't already posted a lot of this stuff. But the numbers are even more disgusting than we thought.
13th in 5v5 offense
30th in defense
12th in power play
31st in expected power play. This one is goofy
27th in PK
2nd in expected PK. (THIS ONE HURTS)
20th in chance finishing
32nd in goals saved above expected.
So not only are the blues playing solid 5v5 which we knew where they are both expected top 10 numbers. Our PK is way better than what we think and the goalies are stinking, and our PP is outkicking its coverage which it does look bad on TV so they are getting luckier than they think.
This team is all over the map. Goalie play must get better

There are guys who are -9, -8, -13 after 12 games and there are monkeys saying the blues are playing solid so far at ES.

Blues goal differential is -17 and they’re getting the worst goaltending in the league. +/- doesn’t really mean anything in this context.

Got a good complete goalie game and walked away with a W. Who would have thunk it
