I'm having a hard time finding a pizza place that has deep dish pizzas. Anyone know of any good places to go?

Try Blackthorn Pub on Wyoming Street. I haven't been in there is 10+ years, but it was THE deep dish pizza when I was in college.

I haven't been there in years, but yes Blackthorn had great deep dish. Another is Nicky Slices that just opened on "The Hill". He was a carryout located in South St Louis for a few years. He just opened a storefront. I had it and it was amazing.

Deep dish is great, don’t listen to the haters.

Blackthorn is probably the best around here. Or Salvage Yard on Hampton. Talayna’s is alright. You can get Gino’s frozen at the grocery store, it’s not bad, nothing like the real thing of course.
