Post by MikoTython »

ESPN+ jacked up their price. Maybe they still are the best option - but, peut etre there's something better ?? I want to see most/all the games. Fan-duel ?

how much are they charging? Fanduel is ~$20/month and get both the blue and cards. not a bad deal

You can get the new ESPN thing (the total package or whatever they call it), bundled with Disney+ and Hulu for $29.99/month for the first year. I think that deal is available thru the end of the year, if not a little longer. I haven’t done it yet but might. I finally gave in and did FanDuel last week because all of my streams have been either shut down or have just become very unreliable. But I did the monthly deal with FanDuel instead of annual so I can get rid of it if the ESPN package gives me what I need. I don’t know……as others have mentioned in the past, it’s such a pain to watch sports these days because you need so many packages.

Buy a Superbox S6 from an authorized dealer and get every single game on the planet for free. True story.

DirecTV says I get some kind of ESPN package now with my satellite service- maybe I won't miss the games on ESPN+ now. Have not tried logging on yet.

ok, i'm back on espn+ for like 12/mo. Might not get all the games, but usually I get most. can't see paying much more than that. The fandual thing doesn't work, because I don't live in STL.

Thanks for the input, friends & neighbors.

Best $325 Ive literally spent in my entire life lol Its unreal what all you can watch for free, after ya buy the box, which pays for itself after a couple months of no more cable, dish, apps etc. PPV fights, or just anything PPV program period - free, every movie on the planet as well as new releases - free, netflix, hulu, peacock, and all other app programming - free, every single sporting event, including all of the minors - thats right - free, sick of watchin st louis local news? Watch local news in Detroit or any other city in any country - free etc etc etc.

I sound like a salesman for em lol I promise Im not tho, I just love it and am thankful to one of my customers at work who turned me on to this whole new world.

If ya have any questions about it, feel free to message me, along with anyone else interested. The most important thing everyone should know before getting serious and taking the plunge, is to only buy boxes from an authorized dealer, otherwise ya run the risk of Superbox shuttin your box down, and a VPN nor any other potential workaround wont work. I have two legit dealers who I bought my boxes from last year.

I have been very unhappy with ESPN+. Seems like a lot of games are missed. Also, the website sometimes asks me to login, even though I have, sign up for this/that package even though I have an account. I get signed on - click on a game to to watch, and it redirects me to enroll. It's a P[ositively] O[bnoxious] S[impleton] twice over - point of sale and ....

Mobile experience is even worse.

I haven't tried onhockey.tv. The only channel I don't have if NHL Network so on the rare occasion that the Blues game is on NHLN, I use sportsurge.net. Worked every time once you get past all the popups and reclicks. Would you say onhockey is about the same?

I'm interested but certainly sounds like too good to be true. How technical is it to stream? If it gains popularity how will the entertainment industry/sports survive?

This just doesn't smell right..... but I love what it sounds like!

Its legit. Ive been usin it for 1.5 years and the only prob is the occasional buffering that ya get with all streamin. Ya just gotta learn the tweaks and set your box up for optimal performance.

Im not a puter genius by any means, yet its easy enough for me. Ya just have to join a few Superbox groups and you’ll find instructions on how to do anything and everything. I havent even used 20% of the box’s capabilities and Im still rockin every channel imaginable.

Its not too good to be true, it’s awesome AND true :). Best to get in while its on the newer side. At some point its not gonna be a nice lil secret anymore and the price will inevitably go up and all that krap once tge masses join in.
