Kaprizov-Rossi-Boldy
Foligno-Eriksson Ek-Tarasenko
Trenin-Hartman-Johansson
Ohgren-Haight-Hinostroza
Yurov

Middleton-Faber
Buium-Spurgeon
Bogosian-Jiricek
Brodin-Hunt

Wild fans are not exactly hyping up Hynes's line combinations. Brodin, Sturm, Zuccarello are questionable, the scoring depth could be an issue. Tank is not exactly a legit top 4 RW anymore and Foligno has ONE 20+ goal season his entire career. After that it kinda gets more bleak

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that Hartman is going to run Binnington.

aside from that top line and Faber and Buium they might struggle to score this season and if Krill gets hurt than there really in trouble.

does Mailloux lose his [shirt] on opening night and felony assault some Wild player?

Mailloux is not a "bad a**", he'll fight sometimes. He's not Link Gaetz or a McSorley.

There is a better chance he gets crushed by Foligno.

I wonder who Monty will match up against that 1st line. Should be interesting.

See that Buium dude?

He was drafted a few spots ahead of Adam Jiricek in 2024. It's amazing what losing a few more games in March will do for your roster. Isn't it?
So while Buium skates on the second pairing, we are waiting on Jiricek to add 15 more pounds at Ted Drewes, stay healthy, and if all goes well, he may make the NHL in 2027.

Liam Ohgren starting on 4th line for Wild tomorrow night was taken 4 spots ahead of Snuggerud in 2022 draft. It means nothing.
Jiricek and Buium will define themselves over the next 10 years ... just like Ohgren and Snuggerud will.
Bolduc on pace to score over 82 goals. Go ZacK!

For some Bluestalkers, "Parts are parts." and "Prospects are prospects." If Army selected the draft pick that automatically means that the parts are good enough.

For myself, I watch Army's prospects like a hawk.

You rated JIricek's summer as a B minus. I question how closely you watched him. He was easily an A. Very good prospect camp and very good prospect showcase then came very good Blues camp and very good preseason games ... he stacked very good performance upon very good performance. People within the organization started making bold comparisons ... people who would know what to look for in a young dman. He was night and day from a year ago. You should jump on the bandwagon. It's not too late. If he gets hurt, he gets hurt. If Buium gets hurt, he gets hurt. It's part of the sport. No one is completely immune. Eichel, Landeskog, Jbo, Petro, ....

I think that he has potential, but I saw that Army sent him back to the OHL, not the AHL.

When I see Buium in the 2nd pairing in the NHL, and our guy needing to add 15 pounds in the OHL, it's a little infuriating.

Cuz Army doesn't need to pick higher than 15....
