Game time 11:00. TV is on ABC. National stage.

I know for tailgating it’s not as fun, but I’ve always liked the 11:00 time slot for fans at home. Fans are foaming at the mouth to watch some Saturday football, they’ve listened to the talking heads all morning and then that 11:00 game comes on. To me it’s the 2nd best time of the day to be on tv.

But yeah, it won’t be enough tailgating time.

It’s amusing that the same folks why cry “strength of schedule should matter” when a team like say Illinois or Maryland go undefeated are the same folks who want perennial powers to drop out of the rankings when say a Texas loses to Ohio State and Florida.

Should Mizzou drop out of the top 25 if they lose to Alabama at home by a touchdown or more? Should Alabama drop out if they lose a second game to Mizzou?

I have never minded the 11 a.m. starts. You just start early, and I like having plenty of time to party after the games especially if they win. That time is better than 6:30 for commuters from STL and KC, though 2:30 is the best. JMO.

Wow twice in a month or so? You know MU is coming up in the SEC world. Think what will happen when MU wins this game which they very well could. Vandy gave them the blueprint but MU has better talent and better D overall. WILL put more pressure on Ty than most teams have and lets see what he does with that. MU will come out running hard and often and then Beau owns the short zones. IF MU wins TO battle good chance they win the game, which is the oldest cliche in sports. but does fit.

IMO Kirby has been keeping Speedy lying in the weeds and hasn't been throwing downfield hardly at all for THIS MATCHUP. Don't be surprised if he gets loose for a long gain or TD. plus tide is vulnerable to strong rushing game and MU has the best in SEC. IF he does he will have elevated his status within CFB.

I am very optimistic which is rare for me. Plus Beau will NOT be saying stupid stuff before game. Pavia was really dumb for doing it and then NOT backing it up with his play.

Go MU FB and Eli!

Vandy losing by 3 scores somehow gave us the blueprint to beat Bama ?

They were tied at the half and down 6 after 3 qtrs.

I don't know about a blue print but Missouri definitely was watching.

ESPN's College Game Day will be in Eugene, Oregon for the Ducks(#3) vs. Hoosiers (#5). They had considered Mizzou (#11) vs. Alabama (#9) but the B1G teams are ranked higher.

*Rankings are from CBS Sports 136 poll.

I hope we come up with our own plan - no moral victories for kinda keeping it close and still losing by 3 scores but maybe that's just me ?

Actually, Alabama gave the blueprint on how to beat Vandy, even though it's our copyright.

Run the ball, control the clock, and keep Pavia on the bench. He then will get antsy and try to do to much with his limited snaps

I can't wait to watch this tomorrow before the game. It's great to have the Tigers and CoMo in the spotlight again.

Why don’t you ride your bike out to Eugene? Go for it.
