Good morning.
They at were one time this season a leagues best team. Then a slump. After beating Cleveland they now go to Seattle, and make them sleepless.
With Skubal going two games, does the WS now go thru Detroit.
Thoughts.
Are the Tigers the team to beat in AL

I think not. Skubal is great, and if they beat Seattle tonight, they will probably end up in the ALCS. I do not think they will be able to upset either the Blue Jays or Yankees.

I’m thinking if it works out right, Skubal may get games 1, 4, and 7. Although game 7 may be in relief.

Vlad Jr. is starting to hit again. Kirk is on fire. I think the Jays may be the team to beat in the AL. We shall see. Seattle has pitching, and the best catcher in the game who hit 60 dingers...., but few other bats. Tigers.. maybe, but I am betting on the Jays. Dodgers are waking up in the NL. As long as the Brewers knock the Cubs out, I don't really care who wins, but the Brewers are the model of how to run a franchise in a small market with a smart GM and a good manager. Something we sorely need to get squared away in STL.sikeston bulldog2 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025 09:37 amI’m thinking if it works out right, Skubal may get games 1, 4, and 7. Good rundown. Tigers are 2-4 against Seattle regular season, 3-4 against Toronto, and 4-2 against yanks.bccardsfan wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025 10:08 amVlad Jr. is starting to hit again. Kirk is on fire. They have a stud pitcher lined up for two games this series?, and two in ALCS.
