Doyle K's 2 in an easy first inning.
He had a more eventful 2nd inning as his control of the fastball wasn't as good and he gave up two hits -- neither of them hit real hard but he had 2nd and 3rd with one out - before striking out the second batter and getting the next guy on the second grounder to Rivas at SS to end the inning unscathed. He blew away the 2nd out batter with high heat. He threw two very good breaking balls for strikes to the second batter.
They just lifted him after 2 IP>

Arenado HBP (right in the back) and then Josh Baez hammers a HR to left center for his second in two nights. Great AB by Baez.
He's been my great hope for the year and Ithink he's shown enough to be considerd a CF option for 2026 at some point (hopefully soon).
