Oshie
He was on a local radio show for a casual interview. Spoke well of all the places of his career .....at UND, Saint Louis and Washington.
Said he hated to work out but did it, especially later on and he attributes that and good fortune with injuries to making it 16 years in the league.
Also said Ovie is really something....tons of fun, non-serious person easy going and if I got it right an astounding league rank of 3rd in hits in the record book, which was surprising since he is so well known for his goals.
Cool interview sure sounded like he left the game with a great frame of mind. Said he'd be honored to be considered for the Blues HOF.

Heard that interview actually. Definitely spoke well of St. Louis. I loved his story about Hakstol at UND, and the partying (basically that he knew the guys were going to go out and he said he was OK with it so long as the whole team was together).

You wonder, you guess, you feel...there is essentially no veracity in practically everything you post. Stop spreading rumors, stop speculating or implying what someone else says or believes, stop pretending or projecting that you are somehow "in the know." Learn something useful.

No, wondering is obviously not a rumor. But your past vicarious jock-sniffing through a co-worker to spread supposed hearsay is. Be quiet and sit still.theograce wrote: ↑07 Sep 2025 10:51 amWondering something is a rumor?
