Should Burleson pitch?

Post by ecleme22 »

The downside is he doesn’t strike out a lot. But that walk rate is on the low side too, so maybe?

He could be as good as Mickey Lolich with just a little practice. Same build.

Agree to disagree.

Pretty sure he could throw with either hand, thus being ambidextrous with either hand and could be the last 30 game winner in MLB>

I cant believe the Mo & Marmol twins haven't explored the idea of making Winn and Burleson the Cardinals version of Ohtani.

I know this ain’t the rules, but Burly could probably throw a ball in each hand simultaneously and hit 85mph on each ball.

Shady could shoot one out of his butt and break 90.

I see they put him on probation - what'd I miss?

I heard he's amphibious, too, he could throw from the water in a couple different parks.

In one of Shady's hissy fits he created a call-out thread, which is a no-no. But our reprieve was temporary as he revived his Pura Vida sock account.

Pura Vida is a sock? I don’t disbelieve you, Mort, I guess I hadn’t paid enough attention.
