I was looking at the schedule for patterns yesterday and this was my takeaway:

We get a 7 game run through the West to start. Critical to get off to a good start.

Then we shift and play the next 25 of 41 (half a season) against the East from Detroit Oct 25 thru Tampa Jan 16. Some notable conf games include Dec 17 vs WPG (1st meeting), 3 Nashville games, 2 Utah games, 2 Chicago games, both Vegas games.

From there it's back to the West, closing with 27 of 34 in our conference.
We get 9 games (7W, 2E) before the Olympics, then 4 games between Olympics and trade deadline (3W, 1E), then a run of 21 games (17W, 4E) to close out. We play Winnipeg the most in this stretch, 3 games.
