Mo has promoted and moved minor leaguers not based on the best development path for the players, but instead for his desperate need to fill the MLB roster without having to make a trade or sign a FA. The guy is just in over his head as POBO. He looks at his job like he’s a fireman putting out fires, instead of being like an artist painting a masterpiece.

Now ask why any of those guys should be protected as the future core of the team.

You can hide 1 in LF/DH and 1 at 1B/DH The others should go. Sorry JW. If there was a deal for a decent SP on the table for any of them, do it.

Too soon to tell. Trey has the earmarks of a pure blue blood, and I don’t mean that in a positive way. I do hold out hope that there will be enough smart people around to hire the right PR and marketing folks to manage the message that Trey delivers. His dad has been fairly tone deaf the last few years with the public.
