Seems like AAA depth to me. So they can either release Zach Plesac, or promote Quinn Matthews. Hopefully he brings his buddy JJ with him.

Other than Jo Jo, Veneziano Is now the only other LH reliever on the 40 Man. (King and Thompson on the IL.)

Just a depth move to finish out the year. He has to not suck at AAA to get a look.

Other than King getting healthy, no other LH RP help is likely to come this year. Thompson has had a set back in his recovery.

More roster magic from the great Mozeliak. Its pathetic that the St. Louis Cardinals have to scrape up Marlins castoffs to fill a role. I don't care if it's just in Memphis. This is a pitiful state the organization is in. Come October, I hope John Mozeliak finds work sucking farts out of pants at some small town dri cleaner. He can take Oli and Dusty to be his sniff inspectors.
