Do you actually think the FO will make moves in the winter? We hear that every year at the deadline. "Easier to make moves in the winter'. Then it doesn't happen.

This winter ownership and the FO will talk themselves into being a fringe contender and they need to wait and see. Then get to the deadline. Sell off a reliever or two. And rinse and repeat.
