Good for him. This does have to put him behind in the QB competition, though. I don't care what anyone says, Drink would love to have an experienced QB playing in 2026, and Pribula is the only option in that regard. Horn will have to be head and shoulders better in practice to win the job.

This is just how the Dodgers operate and have gained their status as World Champions and perrienial playoff contenders.

I could be wrong of course, but it seems very unlikely that Horn will be the MU starting QB this fall.

I just don't think he's special enough to divide his attention this way, and I think Drink will share that view. He'll get a chance, but unless he's head and shoulders better than everyone else, I think he'll sit.

For the Tigers it's a sad day because I thought he had a good shot if he'd skipped baseball. It might be best for him though. You can make a lot of money pitching, and there are a lot more pitchers who play in MLB than their are QBs in the NFL.

Not surprising at all. The deadline to sign draft picks was Monday at 5 pm.

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MIZZOU FOOTBALL. It will not have anything to do with who is going to be the QB, or what is says about who looks better now.

All that happened is the Dodgers took care of business.

Horn's decision to play football this fall provides some insight into the QB battle. For Horn to return for football after signing for $500k with LA says either or both of the following:
1. Horn has some serious NIL money if he sticks around this fall
2. Horn feels he has a real shot to win the QB competition over Pribula

Should be an interesting fall camp
