Oil says “ thats baseball “ in interview after loss

Post by Kentucky kid »

That’s all he can say. Please explain to the paying fans why you are still the manager. And this is what St. Louis cardinals baseball has become just baseball not Cardinal Nation, now just a mediocre mlb team.

Oli has finally come full circle under Mo's tutelage. He talks in circles during all media events just like Mo's interview during today's pre-game. blah blah blah. Mo's last effort with this team before he leaves is to totally screw everything up for 26 and beyond. Has Oli ever really made any in game decision to try to turn the tide of the game say like Shildt playing small ball to shake things up. You can hammer on Pages all you want but yesterday it was Contreras who made a bad throw to the plate and today it was Mcgreevy who rolled the ball toward home.
I will be so glad when Mozeliak is gone and I hope he takes OLI and the guy they call a pitching coach with him.
If the Front office really wants to teach these kids the RIGHT way to play the game there are 2 guys who can do that. Their names are ALBERT PUJOLS AND YADIER MOLINA!

You mentioned what the players did on both days and then blame the manager and the POBO. What do you expect the manager to do when he is behind by 4 or 5 runs in the 4th inning. He can burn up the bull pen, but if you're not going to use the guys you mentioned, the starter has to go deeper into the game.
the Cardinal starters have gotten rocked for the last 10 days and except for 2 days the team has shown no offense.
MY POINT....it's the players.

60% players. 40% Oli. 100% Mo
