Nick Plummer - this one went no where
- Jake Woodford - negative career WAR, journeyman at best. Big strong frame, but he couldn't miss bats.
- Delvin Perez - another big ?. Went no where. Why?
- Dylan Carlson - 1 good year, 4 career WAR
Dakota Hudson - short positive career before talent decay. 3 career WAR
- no pick due to spygate
- Gorman - still around. Still waiting for him to become an impact player
- Zack Thompson - hurt again - updates are few and far between. He should have been a strong lefty but never found any consistency in the rotation or the pen. 27 yo now. How do we avoid these types of picks going forward?
- Jordan walker - hard to believe its been 5 years.
- McGreevy - 4 years in, hopefully on the cusp of getting an extended chance. Based on the above, my longterm expectations are guarded.
- Hjerpe - another big lefty. Seems like he was hurt when we took him, and he's hurt again this year. Others taken in 2022 are producing already (the Yankees took a huge OFer named Spencer Jones who has a 1.038 OPS and 23 HRs in AA/AAA this year, and they can't find a spot for him because...Judge, also Jacob Misiorowski was taken after both Hjerpe And Mautz)
- Chase Davis - who knows, but so far he doesn't make enough contact or hit for any kind of average. Already older than Winn and Walker.
- JJ Wetherholt - drafted much higher than most. Hopefully the start of a much more productive trend.
Now that I think about it - maybe this Spencer Jones should become a prospect trade target?

Wow. That, that's.........................................................really awful.
kind of liked Carlson and Hudson. What happened? Jordan walker still does have a ton of athleticism. Seems like a great kid and is coachable. I'm not giving up on him. We've got to be able to hit on more #1 picks.
