Do you think Padilla will be promoted this year?

probably...FCL is a short season league. They moved their schedule up a month last season so the Kids/Players weren't waiting 2 1/2 months to play competive games after Spring Training. Around draft time/ASB the league will end. He's compelling enough to promote to PMB.

I'd let him finish the FCL season, get guaranteed AB's, 4-5 days a week....then promote, if that's the plan

Only 18 and power should come, but would be encouraging to see any power from him. 2 doubles and 0 home runs in 75 at bats is starting to limit the interest in him as a prospect.

3 triples, too. I wouldn’t use this year to “limit interest” in him at all. Like you said, only 18 and power should come. He’s got a great frame to fill out into, he’s like 6’4”. If his power comes at all he’s got star potential.

With the number of bases he steals, 3 triples could be legit. He's obviously fast.
