Are you surprised to see Bear & Hensler that far down?

Bear had a serious injury so not surprised to see him down on a list or two. Hensler is what he is...Brett Hedican evolved. Decent player but all in all, he just leaves you wanting more. Will be a solid NHL dman and likely a top 4 down the road so I don't think he will last until 27th if thats what you are asking but not surprised to see either player down on some lists. I am surprised to see Brady Martin at 14 though...I think he's top 4...maybe even top 3 in this draft.

Bear is already back skating. It was only a partial tear to his Achilles. If it was a full tear I’d be hesitant to draft him but he should be just fine. But if other teams want to pass on him I’d love to have him at 19. I doubt he lasts that long though.

Agree with Pierre that Hensler is a pretty basic jack of all, master of none type. He’ll play but not really be a needle mover. He’s a safe choice. Many guys available will have higher potential…but some of them are more likely to bust than Hensler. Which one is considered BPA depends on your risk tolerance.
