In come KC, LAD and Toronto. Nine game home stand. Then four at Milwaukee. That will put us at 71 ish games for the season.

Any thoughts on this stretch.

Funny u said that. After I posted my next thought was- yea u gotta win at home, but I’d take a 7-6 out of that stretch.

And then after the 4 in Milwaukee, you have 3 @ CWS and then 3 vs CIN. That 19 games leads us all the way up to the cub series. Can we be 10 games above 0.500 by that point. It would be great if we have a chance to overtake the cub in that series.

On the other hand Milwaukee is hot right now. On a 6 game streak themselves. Let's hope the Cardinals stay the hotter team.

These are indeed facts. My fear is a serious emotion followed by performance letdown, annd a look angead syndrome, against Reds then WS.

I hear ya. They’ve played the Royals I can see a 2-1 there. I think they need to be careful and not looked ahead to LA coming to town.

500 would be good and acceptable. Before the season started I would not have believed could go 500 against those teams.

Bad news Brewers and Cubs could separate themselves from the pack during that time. We need to keep our expectations realistic.

Exactly. Although we are at home for nine, can’t lose focus and. CAnt over look royals, at Dodgers.
