He hasnt looked great offensively and never did anything in previous years in mlb. That’s why he went from being a top prospect to being picked up by the cardinals for nothing. I’m afraid JB is just another AAAA guy that will show flashes of MLB talent and then revert to his career mean. I hope Bloom doesn’t keep too many of these guys in the system. Ideally, IL stints like JW’s create opportunity for true prospects. Yeah, I know. I just want us to filter all these AAAA guys through the system. He looks like another one.
