Why do the rich need tax cuts?
If you lower their taxes to 15% and they always use loopholes to get out of those taxes, what is the point? They never pay the tax they are supposed to pay. So taking from the safety nets to give them a few more rounds of golf, is counterproductive to the mainstream.

Because, they are never satisfield with their current riches, they always want more.
