Might it be attracting the struggling Tampa Bay Rays, who have obtained only a commitment to repair The Trop's roof and replace storm-damaged stadium electronics, not to build a long-promised new stadium?

Might they target a future expansion team, giving Floriduhhhh three MLB teams, even though Tampa and Miami don't draw worth a (bleep)?

Orlando is also sounding the horns and soaking taxpayers to attract the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars to play at ancient Camping World Stadium (the longtime Citrus Bowl site) for the two years the Jag-wires' home stadium is being renovated to make one-percenters more comfortable in their luxury boxes and safe from having to mingle with the unwashed masses.
