I'm not asserting Marmol told the umpires prior to the game but it did look like he got ejected on purpose.

"Jomboy" is who you're thinking of. Actual players and managers in the MLB like him and have told him that his lip reading accuracy is on point.

Nope. The umpire ejected Marmol for poor decision making. He was the one guy in the stadium who could do something about it.
